Partnership Accelerates Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Planning (Text Version)

This is a text version of the video segment Partnership Accelerates Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Planning, which aired on Nov. 26, 2024.

JONATHAN OVERLY: East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition is a U.S. Department of Energy-designated coalition in the Clean Cities and Communities partnership to advance clean transportation nationwide. East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition manages a 26-state partnership to accelerate EV adoption. Following the effort’s founding with Clean Fuels Ohio, this coalition has grown and strengthened our efforts to promote EV adoption and electric vehicle supply equipment—or EVSE—across the states, including in Washington, D.C. Our efforts have created more conversations and planning around EVs and EVSE, educated drivers about EVs, established partnerships to strengthen EV knowledge and adoption, and planned EV charging infrastructure to support adoption.
