Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Infrastructure New Building and Renovation Requirements for Localities

Any locality designing new building construction of more than 5,000 square feet, or a renovation that costs more than 50% of the value of the building, must include electric vehicle charging or ZEV fueling infrastructure. Additional requirements apply.
