Eligible applicants must include port authorities, state governments, local governments, tribal governments, air pollution control agencies, and private entities that own, operate, or use port. Zero emission technology includes all-electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs). Additional funding is available for projects located in nonattainment communities.
