Electric Vehicle (EV) Funding Study

The New Hampshire Legislature established a committee to study funding mechanisms for EV charging stations. The committee was directed to:

• Review currently available funding for EV charging stations;
• Identify additional, and determine the feasibility of, non-ratepayer sources of funding for EV charging stations; and,
• Review non-ratepayer funding mechanisms for EV charging stations utilized in other states.

The committee submitted its final report to the legislature in November 2024. The report concluded that the committee was unable to reach any findings or policy recommendations and has since dissolved.
