Rural Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure Loans

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Energy Savings Program provides loans for cost-effective energy efficiency measures in rural areas. Loans may be used to finance consumer-owned EV chargers and the infrastructure necessary to supply EV chargers. Eligible borrowers include utilities; energy efficiency service providers; and state, local, and tribal governments. Additional terms and conditions apply.
