The following was repealed by Public Law 190, 2014: A taxpayer that produces biodiesel at a facility located in Indiana is entitled to a credit of $1 per gallon of biodiesel that is used to produce blended biodiesel (diesel/biodiesel blends of at least 2% biodiesel).
