Biodiesel Fuel Use Requirement

State agencies are requested to implement the use of biodiesel fuels, where feasible, in fleet vehicles owned or operated by the agency. During the 2007 Regular Session of the General Assembly, the Secretary of Administration submitted House Document No. 18 to the Division of Legislative Automated Systems, which included an executive summary and report of each agency's progress related to biodiesel use.
