Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) Rebate Program

The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) provides rebates to in-state colleges, universities, and state and local governments to install Level 2 and DC fast charging EVSE. The rebate provides up to 50% of the cost of equipment and installation up to $40,000 per eligible entity. GEFA also provides rebates for up to 75% of the cost of installation for third-party donated EVSE. Rebate recipients must operate EVSE for at least three years, provide a minimum amount of public access to the EVSE, and collect and submit charging data to GEFA.
