Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station Incentive Requirements

The Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) established a statewide Electric Vehicle Charging Program (Program). The Program requires utilities to offer incentives for EV charging station infrastructure, increased incentive amounts for underserved communities, and special electricity rates for charging EVs.
