Public Transit Electrification Incentive Authorization

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is authorized to issue grants, loans, and rebates through the Clean Transit Enterprise (CTE), a government-owned business, to support public transit electrification planning, facility upgrades, fleet vehicle replacement, and construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The CTE may impose a fee to raise funds for financing programs. For more information, see the CDOT CTE website.
