The Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) may use funds awarded to Wisconsin through the VW Environmental Mitigation Trust to replace vehicles in the state fleet. The DOA will also establish a grant program for alternative fuels, electric vehicle supply equipment, and the replacement of school buses.
