Biofuels Business Planning Grants

The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity provides grants up to $25,000 for the development of new biofuel production facilities through its Biofuels Business Planning Grant Program. Eligible activities include business planning, engineering designs, permit applications, and legal work. This program is suspended indefinitely (verified June 2016).
