Loans may cover up to 100% of project costs, ranging from $25,000 to $500,000 per state fiscal year. Eligible recipients include state agencies, local governments, public colleges and universities, school districts, and private non-profit organizations. State agencies and public educational institutions may combine their loan with a ConserFund Plus grant, which may cover up to 30% of total project costs.
