Renewable Natural Gas Cost Recovery Authorization

A natural gas utility may recover costs associated with renewable natural gas projects, including infrastructure and supply investments, through rates approved by the Florida Public Service Commission. Eligible investments may include projects that produce or transport renewable natural gas for distribution to utility customers, subject to commission review and approval.
