Propane Equipment Exemption

An individual that operates a propane fueling station equipped with a quick-connect nozzle may sell propane without verifying that vehicles re-fueling at the station have a valid Missouri alternative fuel decal, as long as the appropriate motor fuel tax is collected at the time of fueling.
