Electric Vehicle (EV) Rebate

Residential customers of participating Massachusetts municipal light plants (MLPs) may be eligible for a free or discounted Level 2 EV charging station through the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company’s Home Energy Loss Prevention Services (HELPS) program.
