Electric Vehicle (EV) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) Registration Fee

In addition to standard registration fees, zero emission vehicle owners must pay an annual fee of $125 and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle owners must pay an annual fee of $100.
