Voluntary Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Program

The Missouri Public Service Commission must adopt rules enabling gas corporations to offer a voluntary RNG program, including reporting requirements and a process to recover prudent, just, and reasonable costs. RNG includes biogas-derived methane and hydrogen-derived methane that meets pipeline quality or transportation fuel grade standards.
