Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Grants

The Local Government Energy Modernization (L-GEM) program, administered by the Maryland Energy Administration, offers local governments grants for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Eligible projects include the replacement of fossil-fuel-powered equipment and systems with electric alternatives.
