Vehicle Power Source Sales and Use Non-Restriction

State agencies, counties, townships, and other political subdivisions are prohibited from adopting or enforcing any policy that restricts or prohibits the use, sale, or lease of a motor vehicle based on the vehicle’s power source. Other restrictions apply.
