NHEC offers residential customers a rebate of $1,000 for the purchase or lease of a new or used electric vehicle, $600 for the purchase or lease of a new or pre-owned plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, and $300 for the purchase or lease of a new or pre-owned electric motorcycle.
